Our main objective is to breed good quality Collies.

Our involvement began when after many years of showing the family dogs starting with Australian cattle Dogs then moving to Whippets. In 1984 I was given an Italian Greyhound to show to his title. Our family showed and breed Italian Greyhound for 15 years. Then in 1990 I was once again give another dog to show his title this time being a American Cocker Spaniel but still not happy and a short time in American I decided it was time for me to have the one true breed for me the Collie.

I brought my first collie a Sable & White bitch ( Bluemorn Lanas Girl )in 1992 from well known Collie Breeders Arthur and Betty Wright of Bluemorn Kennels from Queensland. Then in 1994 I once again looked to Bluemorn Kennels for another Collie this time I brought an older Sable & White Male.

I was ready to start breeding but the male had other ideas. Not wanting to be a father I had to put my plans on hold so it was just showing for me.

Then in 1995 I had a lucky break I was able to buy 2 older Collies a Tri bitch (Swinabie classicl Lady) and a Red Sable & White male (Aust ch Glenroyal Glory Bound) so with my 4 collies we hit the show ring. After many wins I then thought it was time I could breed once one of my bitches came into season. Then in 6 months after I brought my Sable male he fell sick. After many hundreds of dollars we found out he had heartworm and was too far-gone and I had to have in put to sleep. With the loss of Tassie I had to look to the future of my kennels and 3 weeks after Tassie was put down I found my foundation bitch ( Aust Ch Overnda Lady Pandora ) and granddaughter to Tassie and my older Tri bitch Dion.

So once again my breeding was put on hold and it was again just showing, but disappointed I was not for when my new tri bitch Panda hit the ring it was winning all the way.

At her first show 3 weeks after I picked her up she won Bitch challenge and Best Of Breed. 12 month after getting Panda she obtain her Australian Championship and then in 1998 I matted Panda to a Blue Merle Dog and was able to get my first litter under the prefix Kilcoy.

With this litter Panda produced 3 beautiful puppies Aust ch Kilcoy Choose The Blues, Aust ch Kilcoy Sharas Success and Kilcoy Shesacharmer owned by A P Coonan. With my 2 new babies we hit the show ring once again and what an impact my little Tri Girl made at her first show picking up Baby Puppy in Group. Our young male was a bit of a handful not liking to show ring much until his first win at the age of 5 months and then there was know holding him back.

After 3 years and many wins I brought my new stock being the stunning Aust Ch Cherod China Blue, Aust Ch Cherod Hot Chocolate, Aust Ch Roxedo Black Raven, Aust Ch Honeydael Heaven Sent Aust Ch Ollerom Scarboughfair and our one and only Whippet Aust Ch Moonwind Designed By Guy as well 2 new addition for 2008.
